Its a hell. Driver not allowed to wash the vehicle at least. We planned for two days but escaped in couple of hours.

I advice you to take rooms here, and book another hotel for toilet. Buy new towels from on the way. The glass they provide drink is Plastic glass, From which you can assess their quality. I appreciate them with 5 star for billing 100 Rs for two cofee.

Staff is not good/No good service/ No Hygiene

Manager not allowed outside food, but he was asking Rs. 500 bribe to allow inside food. Being a General Manager he is always rude to customers. Room service is very worst as comparing to other hotels, no rooms cleaned/rooms hygiene is so pathetic. Towel they provide is so dirty & those are like dust cleaning towels. for complementary breakfast they charge too much & they provide very low quality food. Manager clearly saying we value for VIP customer & not bother for other people. I approached tissue for 5 times still also nobody responded. even though paying 2500 per night... They are charging additional money to customer & not showing it for record purpose. Reception business is to steal customer pocket money to feed into their pocket. very drastic worst kind of experience. Don't lodge here they are the biggest cheaters to customer. My money goes into Hotel Royal fort drain. I was planning to stay 4 days but looking these all i said receptionist to prepare my checkout document tomorrow early morning 7. Owners has to keep professional manpower to run hotel industry. cheap manpower don't understand the value of reputed customer.

The room was not CLEANED. The bathroom was dirty. The bed was grubby not having seen a proper laundry. The room was large. They spend so much on building a large hotel but cannot keep cleaning staff? Pathetic . and for late checkout of a few hours they wanted a full days rent! Even staying one day was too much. We hardly saw any staff there as if the whole hotel is an afterthought. The only saving grace was the restaurant. It was okay and more responsive

The hotel is located in a good place facing the fort. Corridors are very spacious and neatly maintained. Even the rooms are very spacious. However, minutes details are not given attention in maintenance. The food is ok. Menu choices are good.
